No Legal Warranty: While our calculations adhere strictly to the published mathematical specifications of WCAG 2.2 (Criteria 2.4.11 and 2.4.13) and APCA, the results provided do not constitute formal legal advice, certified compliance audits, or guarantees against accessibility-related litigation. Complete accessibility compliance requires holistic human auditing, screen reader testing, and functional keyboard navigation evaluations.
3. Permitted Use & Code Generation
CSS snippets, calculations, and mathematical models generated by FocusContrast are provided free of charge and may be integrated into open-source, private, or commercial web applications without attribution or licensing fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FocusContrast or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
